Refund policy

UK Return Policy (Distance Selling Compliance)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online, by phone, or mail order are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period from the day they receive the goods.

  Returns Accepted

  • Only for defective items due to manufacturing faults.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all components and accessories.

  Not Accepted

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling.
  • Items with missing components or accessories.
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window unless proven faulty.
